Knackly Super Intelligence Co. ("Knackly", "we", "us") is a brand of Maargam Infra LLP. This policy explains what information we collect through knackly.si and the Knack assistant, how we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Early-access sign-ups: your name, email address and anything you tell us about what you'd like Knack to do.
• When you use Knack: the messages, files and instructions you send it, the results it produces, and the details of accounts or tools you choose to connect.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To provide Knack and carry out the tasks you ask for.
• To contact you about early access and important service updates.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To improve Knack. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run Knack, under contracts that protect your data — for example cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), AI model providers that process your requests (such as Anthropic), and messaging channels you choose to use (such as WhatsApp). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on servers operated by our cloud provider, which may be located in India or other countries. Wherever it is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.

How long we keep it

Early-access details are kept until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. Data from using Knack is kept for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email knack@knackly.si and we'll respond within a reasonable time, as required by law.

Children

Knack is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy as Knack grows. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and tell you about significant changes.
