These terms apply to knackly.si and to early access to Knack, provided by Maargam Infra LLP ("we", "us"), which operates the Knackly brand. By using the site or Knack, you agree to them.

Early access

Knack is in early access. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable at times, and we may pause or end access. We'll do our best to give notice when we can.

Using Knack responsibly

• Only ask Knack to do things you're allowed to do yourself, and only connect accounts you have the right to use.
• Don't use Knack for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• You're responsible for reviewing and approving actions Knack takes on your behalf, especially anything sent to other people or involving money.

AI can make mistakes

Knack uses AI and can sometimes be wrong. Check important results before relying on them. Knack does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you send to Knack and what it produces for you. You give us permission to process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

Knack is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
